HOW SECURE IS THE SITE?
As per the applicable law, we guarantee confidentiality of your personal information. No details pertaining to you or any members of your family will be made public without your explicit consent.
Please note though that the more information you give us about them and your/their cinematographic taste, the more you give your opinion on the films you have already rented, the better we will be able to recommend films that meet your expectations.
Payments need to be made by credit card: Visa, Master Card or American Express (our financial partners) or by direct debit.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
Very easily : contact our customer service on the free number 0800/95 990 (Mondays between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm and from Tuesday until Friday from 9 am until 5 pm) and ask them to cancel your subscription. Unused credits will not be refunded.

HOW DO FREE TRIALS WORK?
DVDPost understands that you would like to test its services before deciding on a paying formula. That is why we offer free trials without further obligation!
When receiving your free trial offer, you will be asked to enter a code as well as provide us your email address and a password of your choice. This code is either linked to a personal promotion you have received or a standard code provided by DVDPost,
and will enable us to distinguish between a trial offer and a paid subscription. Our free trials are once-only offers and limited to one person ? a system is in place to verify this internally.
During the free trial period,the same registration form as for a standard subscription will apply, only no payment will be requested.
You will need to give us :
1. your complete address and details,
2. your subscription choice (smallest formula i.e. 2 DVDs/month) even if you haven't yet decided to continue after your free trial period.
3. a preferred payment method as a guarantee for the rentals we send you during the trial period.
No money will be deducted from your account without your permission!
The information on your credit card is protected. We use SSL encryption technology to protect all our business transactions.
Upon completion of your registration you will receive a welcome mail containing your personal information and additional useful details.
During the free trial period our customer service will contact you to see if everything is going well and answer any questions.
If you do not wish to be converted into a paying subscriber , just give us a call on our free number 0800/95 990 at least one day before the end of the free trial period. We will cancel your account free of charge.
Anyway, before the end of your trial period, we will contact you to find out how the trial period went, whether you would like a to become a paying member and recommend the most suitable formula.
If no further instructions have been received from you after the end of the free trial, we will assume that you have been convinced by our services and your subscription will become paying, this according to the smallest formula ie 2 DVDs/Blu-rays per month. You are free to change the subscription formula monthly.
